  1. How can I order online?
    • You can place an order through our online website by adding your selected products to the shopping cart and following the checkout process. You can pay with any major credit card or through your PayPal account.


  2. Can I pay with cash or check?
    • No. We do not accept cash or checks.


  3. Is my credit card information safe and secure?
    • Yes, we have a very secure payment gateway and we do not store any personal and payment information.


  4. How much is shipping? What are my options?
    • We ship anywhere in the world through the British Royal Mail (international signed-for) and DHL. The standard shipping fee depending on your chosen provider is usually around $8.00 internationally although it can be significantly less too.


  5. Do you provide a tracking number?
    • Yes. You will automatically receive an email after you make your purchase. This email will provide you with a confirmation, your order number, total and items purchased. If you've chosen DHL as your shipping method, a second email will provide you with a tracking number from DHL. Most packages arrive within 5 working days if they are in stock othrewise you will be contacted by one of our craftsmen with a definite timeframe. We also provide expedited shipping services if you need your package faster.


  6. Can I return or exchange the items I buy?
    • Yes. You have 30 days upon receiving your order to return or exchange for another item.


  7. Will my badges/emblems be damaged by washing/car wash?
    • No, the crystals used are the highest quality Swarovski crystals and will not be damaged by the usual stresses your car goes through.


  8. How easy will it be to fit my items?
    • Very easy, at most you may require a screwdriver for the trickier items but they will mostly fit as standard as a direct replacement.
