  • Sovnger - Blake, What I like

Forgettable, loud and obnoxious techno noise but with a cool and crazy video shot in the subway system of Paris, France. Featuring a fast moving and insanely fun relay race, the camera has such an incredibly fast framerate that the fluorescent lights can be seen to be flickering, which would otherwise be imperceptible to the naked eye because of their incredibly high frequency. Ridiculously Awesom... Read More

bisous...and leave a good-looking corpse behind. Yankee Girl is a short animation set during World War II about a fighter pilot experiencing death through the twilight of his life after being shot down. Breathtakingly brilliant, subtle lighting & modelling, extraordinary editing and sound design rounds off a superbly crafted video.

pilotThe song is mesmerising in its' impact, was originally written in 1938 by Cole Porter, captures the feel of the era and reaches a crescendo where you find yourself rooting for the aviator to bail out, he never does. But we'll never know what happens next, so let your imagination fill in the blanks. Created by Antoine Perez, Céline Desrumaux, Francois Pons and Gary Levesque during their course at Supinfocom animation school in 2008, it took a whole year and a team of four people to make. We can only imagine the labour of love, but sometimes, just sometimes, it was totally worth it.
